He was able to work with me to get me the price I want to not only for my trade-in, but my monthly payments as well. I’ll have to say the overall experience was great. The kids enjoyed the massaging chairs and all the goodies in the waiting room. Everyone we encountered really had our best interest at heart. I’m very satisfied not only with my deal but the whole experience. I will definitely be getting my wife’s next vehicle here with Phil as well. Thank you for taking such good care of us! More

Customer Service that works WITH you ! Reggie was not pushy at all, he asked what we wanted and showed us several models and explained every detail about the vehicle to us. We love our new F-150! I'll admit, I was skeptical at first, like I am at all car dealerships....I'm never quite sure if they are honest and if you are getting a good deal. I'll admit, I was skeptical at first, like I am at all car dealerships....I'm never quite sure if they are honest and if you are getting a good deal. However, I met Bob Doyle and he was very patient and took his time showing me what seemed like a million trucks to pick from. I'm sure I wasn't the easiest to deal with at times because I couldn't make up my mind, but Bob always remained calm and pleasant and continued to give me additional options to help me find the perfect truck for our family. This is actually the second car we've purchased from Kelly Ford and we would definitely go there again. Bob was great and I would highly recommend him as well!! More
