Adam is the nicest person to work with! He is so down to earth and caring. I called Mike about a seatbelt issue I was having in my F-150. He didn't put me on a wait list, just said bring it in so he could look at it and troubleshoot a few things. Ended up needing a part, but wa F-150. He didn't put me on a wait list, just said bring it in so he could look at it and troubleshoot a few things. Ended up needing a part, but was nice not to be put a queue and get eyes on the issue right away. He also took the time to look over my warranty and protection plans so that he was sure I was not overcharged for anything I was having done. Overall great experience. More
