I purchased a Ford Freestyle new in 2007 from Thomas Ford and found it a easy transaction. When the car had a serious malfunction at 42K miles it was repaired under the drivetrain warranty without question. and found it a easy transaction. I started using the Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center about 2 years ago and Brian and his staff are great. After purchasing new tires they picked me up at my office so I did not have to walk back to get it. I plan to continue using Thomas Ford and Quick Lane to keep my Freestyle running great. More
The service was poor at best. Didn't have the car ready when promised no remote starer or state inspection sticker. We had to wait a long time to receive the car but it was cleaned and filled with gas. We when promised no remote starer or state inspection sticker. We had to wait a long time to receive the car but it was cleaned and filled with gas. We also had asked for estimate for a bug deflector for the front hood this also was not done. The only up side to my experience at Thomas Ford is that Ambrose knew what he was talking about when I asked questions about the Escape. Jim was good with the paperwork ensuring that is was done correctly. That was about it after that everything went down hill. The remote starter was installed the next day in my driveway and it works very well. The state inspection didn't occur until that Friday when I had to call Ambrose and ask why the car hadn't been picked up. That was at about 11:20am I was told that other things came up and that someone will be there to get the car. I felt like if I hadn't called then this was not going to happen. Or that we just didn't matter. More

I purchased my new Ford Fusion Hybrid at Thomas Ford because some months earlier when I began shopping for a new car, I received the best information and the most courteous treatment (Ambrose Orlando) o because some months earlier when I began shopping for a new car, I received the best information and the most courteous treatment (Ambrose Orlando) of all the dealerships I'd visited. Once I was ready to buy, I went back to Thomas Ford and to Orlando where all of my questions were answered and there was zero pressure to buy. I'm 66 year old and have owned many cars (this is my first American car since 1978)and can honestly say that this was the most pleasant automobile buying experience I've ever had. More

I bought a 2010 Ford Escape from Thomas Ford and couldn't be happier with my experience. Kevin listen to me and never tried to pressure me in any way and found exactly what I was looking for. They do what they say they are going to do. They are also very cooperative and willing to listen to the customer. And very apologetic when the customer is right. very cooperative and willing to listen to the customer. And very apologetic when the customer is right. More

We brought in a 2011 Ford Focus with 30,300 miles on it with a noise in the suspension and very prominent road noise. She was told she should replace the tires in 2-3 oil changes (15000 to 22500 miles lat with a noise in the suspension and very prominent road noise. She was told she should replace the tires in 2-3 oil changes (15000 to 22500 miles later) and that nothing else is wrong. A few days later, Danvers Motor company (ford dealer) replaced 2 suspension pieces in and a bearing for the same problem (which had not been fixed). A few day later, still not fixed, it was taken to Madden Ford in Norwood MA,the selling dealer, who said it needs a transmission mount, an alignment and 4 new tires and that we would have to pay for the alignment and tires even though the 4 new parts were needed on the car making the alignment and tires covered under the warranty per the fourth edition of the 2011 owners manual. Lastly, there is no service interval for alignments in the manual, though the man at dealer stated there is: wording is align if car pulls substantially to one side or the other" which ours does not. They let my fiance leave in an unsafe vehicle and I want these thing fixed at no cost to me as they are related to failed parts by the manufacturer, the car has been services per the owners manual including tire rotation all by Ford dealers and has never been in an accident or had a road hazard incident. Don't go to the Ford Dealership itself but take your car across the street, where my highest recommendation goes to Quick Lane, the Tire and Auto Center associated with Thomas Ford. Brian Trombetto, the se across the street, where my highest recommendation goes to Quick Lane, the Tire and Auto Center associated with Thomas Ford. Brian Trombetto, the service manager, has taken care of the Ford cars and trucks in our family for the past 10 years and has always been reliable and honest. He knows us by name, keeps the records of our repairs in order, tells us when we have a rebate or discount available, advises us when something looks strange underneath, and even told me when my Ford Ranger had reached the end of its life and it was time to say goodbye. Doesn't get more honest than that. I travel overseas a lot and have always felt that my wife's vehicle was in good hands while I was away and that Brian would always steer us straight.
