I purchased a 2014 Ford F250 in October of last year. After 500 miles the transmission had to come out. After 150p miles the transmission started to slip when shifting from 4th to 5th. They seemed to eventually get the transmission sorted but then the radio started to freeze up and the dome lights would not come on and the transmission started to shift oddly again. Then one day I go out and the druck is dead. Won't start. They put two new batteries in the car. I then told them twice how to duplicate the issue with the dome light and they did it wrong both times. So my truck sat there for almost 3 weeks for nothing. They also can never give a loaner even though they told us they have them when selling me the truck. Only one time did they ever get me a rental. That was the first time when the transmission had to come out. The truck now has just over 10,000 miles. The transmission issue that required the repair at 500 miles is back and all the other issues are still there. They did offer to let me trade the truck in but they saw it as a money making opportunity. The offer they made me was beat by 4 other dealers. The manager there said that he is not going to lose money but has no issue with me having to put up over 20k to get out of my truck. I also dropped off my Transit Connect to have the AC repaired and a wheel bearing replaced. Even though I knew they were about 2-3 grand over what I thought I could get it fixed at another location I authorized the repairs. Well over a month later and they never touched it. I got the repairs done for 1300 dollars. More

Do NOT take your car here for service. I brought it in under a recall for repairs TEN MONTHS AGO and have had zero status updates. About once a month I try to call Demitri and see what’s h I brought it in under a recall for repairs TEN MONTHS AGO and have had zero status updates. About once a month I try to call Demitri and see what’s happening, he Meitner doesn’t answer the phone or says he’ll call me back, then never does. At this point, I'm not even sure if my car still exists. Stay far away!! More
