In terms of your 2011 Ford Focus, you scheduled a service appointment at our shop for noise problems and our service department would have been more than willing to both inspect and service your vehicle, however you cancelled your appointment and never gave us the chance to do so. We have tried contacting you several times to see if you would be willing to bring your vehicle to our service center but we have not heard back from you. Though we are sincerely sorry that you had a negative experience at two other dealerships’ service centers, we feel it is unfair that you have taken this out on us by leaving such remarks on our page when we had done everything possible to help.
