I have mostly dealt with the service dept for whatever needs to be serviced with my car & the Staff I've dealt with Cristine today Saturday October 10th was an excellent with the service dept for whatever needs to be serviced with my car & the Staff I've dealt with Cristine today Saturday October 10th was an excellent experience went in for oil change & found out needed front brakes. The job was done professionally & to my satisfaction. cristine is professional, courteous & explains what repairs your vehicle needs perfectly. They provided an Uber so I could get home & wait for my repairs to be done & even delivered my car to my home thank you Ron. I would recommend McGovern Ford of Beverly to anyone. I called and needed immediate service because we were going to leave for vacation and they accommodated me.
