Swift process I've bought my last 6 Ford vehicles from another regional dealership. As of late their service dept has suffered and on this occasion they just didn't I've bought my last 6 Ford vehicles from another regional dealership. As of late their service dept has suffered and on this occasion they just didn't have the vehicle I wanted. I found what I wanted at Kelly, walked in on a Saturday at 930 am with a trade in vehicle. Jim was very straight forward to work with, I don't have time for the back and forth banter. Jim recognized that and we cut to the chase, I was out of there in under three hours with my new truck and will be back for my next. There has to be a middle ground on price, Jim made it easy to get there and then close the deal. Thank you. More

I learned that the car industry has changed drastically, for the better, since my last Ford purchase 13 years ago. It started with Sabrina Marchelli being honest and providing an answer to every question I sent via e-mail. If it had not been for her complete honesty with me from the beginning, I probably would have never stepped foot in the door. From there I reached the floor and was greeted immediately by Taylor Phillips who had all of my e-mails in my created file. Taylor was so polite and friendly as she led me to Ambrose Orlando, who again, greeted me with a smile, handshake and total respect and professionalism. We started going into the beginning of a potential business deal. I couldn't have felt more comfortable with everyone and everything so far. As we discussed possibilities John Celesk joined us and introduced himself. Another excellent member of their staff. After agreeing on a superb deal, I met with Gary Sbordone to put the finishing touches on a great visit. All of the above mentioned staff should be awarded certificates of the highest regard, for their extreme efforts to make my visit and eventual lease signing, the most pleasant and happy experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Finally, one morning at 8:30, a time when most people are very busy, in comes a call from this number again, so I answered it only to find out that Kelly Ford wants to know how I liked my service. I don't know how many other people get as irked at these interruptions as I do, but stop with the continual search for marketing data. Your guys are doing their job. Great. Now let me alone. More
