Just want to give credit where credit is due. Your service manager Dave Vrabel is an asset to your business. I bought my 2008 GMC Sierra pkup new from your dealership. He is a big reason I have my truck serviced at your dealership. I live in central New Jersey and my warranty has long expired, but people such as Dave keep me making that trip for my truck service. Dave is a very professional, honest, and polite, easy going man. He explains everything to you ahead of time, pricing and work to be done on your vehicle. He also has worked with my schedule which is a big help due to my work and traveling times. I just wanted him to be recognized for all that he does. I'm sure you don't get many nice reviews people are always quick to complain, but don't take the time for a kind word. Anyway I just wanted you folks to know you have an all around genuine employee working for you. I also want to add that your dealership in general has been a wonderful place to deal with. I've been to the GMC dealers here in N.J. when I was looking in 2007. Lets just say they don't compare to your dealership. I went online put in what I was looking for and the rest is history as they say. So again hats off to Dave Vrabel and the rest of your employees. I bought the vehicle new and was given Dave Vrabel as my service Rep the 1st time I came for scheduled vehicle maintenance. He took the time to introduce himself to me and explained in detail what the vehic service Rep the 1st time I came for scheduled vehicle maintenance. He took the time to introduce himself to me and explained in detail what the vehicle was due for according to the mileage and made sure I understood completely. He explained the costs so there was no surprise upon completion of the work and gave me the opportunity to ask questions as well as explain in detail his answers to me to my satisfaction. I was always treated with respect and made to feel comfortable, like one of the family if you would. Dave has always gone the extra mile for me on anything I questioned and ruled in my favor if anything I felt was unwarranted to me. I have been coming here for over 5 1/2 years and specifically have done all my service work through Dave Vrabel, as I have a trust factor with him. He is very knowledgeable on vehicles and specifically the service/maintenance that they require. I have owned a lot of vehicles in the last 40 years and had services performed on them with less than satisfactory results in numerous cases, sometimes requiring more than one return visit and also more of my hard earned money as parts changing was done rather than the correct repairs. I have never had a repeat of that nightmarish experience since I have been dealing with with Dave Vrabel at Kelly. I will continue to go to Kelly to purchase vehicles in the future as I intend to make a purchase in next 6 months so long as I know Dave Vrabel will be involved in overseeing my service/maintenance needs on my vehicle. I am extremely happy to work with Dave. I don't know that I would continue to buy or service here without Dave being in charge of my vehicle needs. Done the first time every time to date. This was my first visit to Kelly Chrysler, my car started making a loud squeaking noise all of a sudden and this was the closest shop. It kind of scared me so I didn't want to drive it any further to the shop I normally use. Well, let me tell you, I will be using Kelly and asking for Mr. Dave Vrabel from now on! Dave was pleasant and greeted me with a smile which was what I needed because I was a nervous wreck about my car! He assured me that they could get me in right away with no appointment and offered me a shuttle ride home so that they had time to find the problem. I was only home for a short while when Dave called to say my car could be fixed and back on the road right away! It only needed a minor part replaced. I was surprised at how reasonable the bill was and how great the service was at Kelly! I got a ride back in the shuttle and when home feeling great! Kudos to Dave and his mechanics for fast friendly service and totally affordable repair that I was afraid was going to be big bucks and time without my car! Thanks Dave and thanks Kelly Chrysler! I was visiting relatives in NY and was on my way home when the starter went in my car. I live in MD and when I made it to Allentown I was afraid to drive it any further. It was late Sunday evening so my son and I stayed in a hotel and waited for the dealership to open. I talked with Dave and he gave me the number for the towing service and suggested that we would be more comfortable waiting at the hotel and he would call me. When he called me he explained that it was my starter and that the part would not be in until the next day. I explained to him that I had already put our suitcases in the car. He was extremely helpful in getting our suitcases back to us with the courtesy driver and by 11 am the next morning the courtesy car was back to pick us up where I met Dave. He drove my car right up to the front door and my son and I were back on the road, and shortly after returning to my hometown Dave gave me a courtesy call to make sure I made it home safely and had no other issues with my vehicle. Dave gives a friendly vibe that says, "I'm here to look out for you and your vehicle needs." I never felt that I had to be in a "cautious" or defensive state of mind to assure I was not being "pressured" into more service - and more costs - than was appropriate. Dave carried on with conveying a strong sense of trust that has been the hallmark of my services dealings with Kelly Automotive since 2006. Also, Don Pryor, who was my sales representative when I bought the car, always follows up to assure that my initial sense of satisfaction is still there today. Everyone I have dealt with, including the body shop, service techs, and even the courtesy shuttle driver, work hard to give an experience that will keep me coming back with a sense of trust.
