Terrible customer service, never again TERRIBLE. I had nothing but bad experiences from here in the 3 times I tried to buy vehicles. Arrogant staff, especially the sales managers, and the s TERRIBLE. Arrogant staff, especially the sales managers, and the service department acts like you are burdening them by bring in your vehicle for service work or recalls. Good luck talking to someone then after the problems take place. Ive called numerous times to the managers and emailed as well with no return emails or phone calls. I even tried to buy a new $50,000 truck recently and after test driving it with Brian Spangler, they never even called me back to go forward with the purchase. Dave Vrabel in the service department was condemning me for bringing my new vehicle then, THAT I HAD TO BUY AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP, for a safety recall. This is VERY common for people from around the area so I'm not sure where all these glowing reviews are coming from since 80%+ of the people Ive talked to will never step foot in there again. We buy almost exclusively Chrysler products and we will never shop here again! More

Whether it is for routine service or if you have a problem, Dave always makes sure my car is promptly taken care of and with minimal disruption. Dave Vrabel was wonderful I had an emergency service for my daughter's jeep on the day she was supposed to drive 5 hours to her new job in another state. I was so worried the car would not be safe for her to drive, plus not allow her to leave on time. I was rather emotional and upset, but Dave was wonderful. He could see I needed the car to be done, got it into service immediately, and gave me updates as I sat in the waiting room for 4 hours. He was kind, thoughtful and did an absolute wonderful job dealing with servicing the car as well as calming me down.
