He is the reason I am on my 3rd vehicle from Kelly. He will do what needs to be done for the cusomer, and will be just as honest to say when and why things can't get done. If he retires before I am done driveing there are others in the service department that will follow suit. Hope he never retiers. That said, the intire service dept gets a five rating from me. More
