Its been an awesome vehicle but the reason i am writing this review is not about the car but about the service and the service technician. I can always count on Dave Vrabel. He always has our interest at heart. Makes sure the vehicle is fixed properly and there are never repeat visits. He makes service and vehicle maintenance as painless as possible. Appreciate the great work he does and the team Kelly has in the service department. More
Body shop’s customer service HORRENDOUS! I’ve wasted over 4 months waiting for this dealership to complete the body work they started back in August. I was told I was to bring my truck back I’ve wasted over 4 months waiting for this dealership to complete the body work they started back in August. I was told I was to bring my truck back a month after they replaced my rusting fender on my 4 year old truck (replaced under warranty.) I was told it would need to have the protective coating reapplied. I have made multiple attempts to contact body shop manager Tim Hollis (over a dozen) to set up this appointment. For some reason unknown to me, Tim has refused to return my calls with the exception of once where he said he’d get back to me. I finally gave up and complained to Chrysler for not completing the job. It is my understanding that Chrysler also had to make multiple attempts to contact Tim Hollis. After months and multiple attempts to get Kelly to complete this task, I was finally told by Chrysler that I will not need the protective coating reapplied and noted my corrosion warranty will not be affected. Until now, I’ve always been pleased with Kelly’s service and Thadd has always treated me respectably. However I am dumbfounded how management at this dealership can just thoroughly ignore it’s customer. Unfortunately, I am taking my future business elsewhere. UPDATE 1/31/18. Steve Parr, the GM of the dealership contacted me after reading my review. He apologized after personally looking into the situation. He was unaware of it and I commend him for the follow up. More

Excellent experience with Jesse Lopez I took my jeep in for recall service, and was paired with Jesse when I arrived. He took the time to explain what the recall was for as well as why the I took my jeep in for recall service, and was paired with Jesse when I arrived. He took the time to explain what the recall was for as well as why the solution was an actual fix for the pronlem, which to me shows his understanding of the situation and his job. Everything went very smoothly and I will definitely request him on my next service appointment. More
Sevice was great as always. I have been dealing with Dave for alot of years. All ways treat me like I am the most important person at the time.VIP. He is the reason I am on my 3r I have been dealing with Dave for alot of years. All ways treat me like I am the most important person at the time.VIP. He is the reason I am on my 3rd vehicle from Kelly. He will do what needs to be done for the cusomer, and will be just as honest to say when and why things can't get done. If he retires before I am done driveing there are others in the service department that will follow suit. Hope he never retiers. That said, the intire service dept gets a five rating from me. More
