Oil, inspection and estimate for bodywork Dave Vrabel really took care of me. I got there a little early and he was still able to get me in. Just came in for an oil change but he alerted Dave Vrabel really took care of me. I got there a little early and he was still able to get me in. Just came in for an oil change but he alerted me that my inspection had expired and was able to get the oil change and inspection paid for through the jeep wave program. I’d also been putting off getting an estimate on some body work but he had the body shop manager come down and put together an estimate while my car was there being serviced to save time. Everybody was super nice I’ll go back for sure. More

Always making the cutomer know how important you are I had mud flaps to be installed on my 2019 Challenger I made my appointment on-line for 8:15 I dropped it off before they opened. On the on-line I st I had mud flaps to be installed on my 2019 Challenger I made my appointment on-line for 8:15 I dropped it off before they opened. On the on-line I stated needed the vehicle by Noon. When I filled out the drop off envelope and didn't put a time for pick up since I did it on-line. What I didn't know is the service writers don't see that information. I got there at 11:45 and the vehicle wasn't started yet. They bent over backwards to get it done and I was out by 12:30. Job done right and the customer concerns they handled great. More
