My engine light came on unexpectedly, of course. I called the same day and was able to get my car in the next day. I could have gone in the same day, but I had other appointments. I have actually heard horror stories about this particular service department. Being ignored, Guys being rude and playing the macho card. However I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism a particular service department. Being ignored, Guys being rude and playing the macho card. However I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and courtesy. I had an excellent experience. In and out in less than 35 minutes. The only downfall I saw was that out of the six people behind the desks only two were wearing face shields. Not cool!! More
