I went in for my annual inspection. Fo many years I have dealt with Dave in the Service Dept. This time Mark was the person . Mark was both very pleasant and professional. He met me right as I arrived a dealt with Dave in the Service Dept. This time Mark was the person . Mark was both very pleasant and professional. He met me right as I arrived and I told him what needed to be done: oil change and filter, emission, etc. Even though I replaced my tires a short time age, he showed me on the graphic that 2 tires were already out-of-line. I added alignment. I picked up my car in a short 2 hours. The car looked cleaned, even though it had started to rain. I was glad because the salt etc. was washed off. Checkout was very smooth and the person at the desk was pleasant and efficient. I consistently have had good experiences with the Service Dept people and now Mark is included. The Service Dept certainly will be a factor in my next purchase. More
