As to be expected, I called James Hillegass, (my) Service Manager about my breaking down the night before going to the doctors. He told me to get it towed over there and he would take care of it. The next day he called to tell me Jim (my) mechanic took care of everything and my car was ready for pick up. Friendly and excellent service. I’m glad I have found a place that values my car for what it is at the same dealership name. My only thing I would say is to make it more distinctive as to who to go to, to drop the car off and who to pick it up and pay, because other businesses make it a lot clearer. More
