Had another great experience with Dave Vrabel. He continually looks out for my best interests. My Grand Cherokee is a 2011 model with now close to 160,000 miles on it. I have found this dealer to be fast and efficient. Other dealers have you wait for hours even with an appointment, but not Kelly Jeep! They even leave you with a freshly washed vehicle.
