Three times a charm Brought my car here for oil change. When I pulled in they said my fog light was out. Day or two later realized the service indicator was not reset and Brought my car here for oil change. When I pulled in they said my fog light was out. Day or two later realized the service indicator was not reset and next oil change sticker not changed and fog light still out! I called the service manager and left a messsge and did not receive a call back. They state my oil was changed but makes one wonder. Sitting here again waiting my light to be changed. Update - they drained my oil and changed. Like is working Still not pleased I had to come back or with service manager but my service advisor William was good. Another update - had to go back because device indicator again was not reset! Service director came out and apologized and had it reset immediately. Also changed the bulb. Shouldn’t take three times but at least it has been rectified. William was very good through all my visits! More
