I contacted Tim off of a referral from my best friend who bought a car from him the week prior. When I called him he was away at training for two days but made an appointment with me for the day he came back. He called me in the morning on the day that we had our afternoon appointment to find out exactly what I wanted so he could pinpoint possible vehicles for me. He had me send him my trade information, and was willing to talk numbers with my husband over the phone before we even arrived at the dealership. The manager, Mike, also went above and beyond making several phone calls to my husband to make our numbers work. By the time we went into the dealership the deal was already done and everything went through as agreed. We are so happy we waited the two days to work with Tim.
