Ryan in the service center was very pleasant to work with. He did well in communicating the status of the Jeep and seemed knowledgeable. Time for the service to complete was as expected. No delays. I was disappointed with the quote for replacing the brakes and rotors. The cost was well above the average cost to replace brakes and rotors. It would be nice if they were at least competitive with brake service on vehicles. More
