We had done some research on line regarding vehicle options and had visited several other dealerships for pricing and availability. We were looking for a specific vehicle with specific options and pric options and had visited several other dealerships for pricing and availability. Our questions were always quickly, accurately and pleasantly answered. We were exceptionally excited when we arrived for our vehicle pick up and told that Frank had just found out about an unexpected rebate on our particular vehicle. We would have been out of town on vacation and would not have even known about it had he not told us! That is truly looking out for your customer. Mike was very detailed about the optional acid rain/carpet protection. We look forward to never having to use it but like the one time per year "detailing" that it will include. While we started and ended with Stan, Joe also was involved in our sale and it was great the way the entire team worked together with no stress for us. While our car has less than 600 miles on it and we have owned it less than one month, I look forward to a great working relationship with Kelly for many more miles and years! More

It was great dealing with Kelly Jeep. Gordon Frack was very informative but not pushy. He was very thorough in showing us the features on our vehicle. They could not give me an appointment for about 5 days, let alone come in to check the shocks. I called Kelly Chrysler to see what they could do. I was offered next day service. I was treated as if I was a customer for years. Jerry Kresge went out of his way to make sure the repair was done very quickly. The parts were ordered and two days later Jerry called to say they were in and could have them installed the same day. When I arrived at the service area Jerry greeted me like an old friend. The dealer I had been using had a shop and waiting area that looked like a New York Subway Station. Old and dirty. Kelly's service area is clean and neat. The write up area is bright. The waiting room clean and comfortable. What a difference from the other dealer. I am very impressed at the way Kelly does business. This is the way all dealer service should be. More

By the time my husband and I came into the dealership I was tired of looking for a car. Mr. Davis was very good and he made the process go smoothly. I enjoy my new car and so does my entire family.
