After shopping the entire weekend for a new truck after my old one's engine quit working, Kelly was the last stop on my list. Kelly actually had a 2011 Dodge with all the features I was looking for sitting right there on the lot. Anna and Mike worked very hard to get me a great deal and meet my very stringent budget. After much number crunching and negotiating, we were able to strike a deal that gave me the truck I was looking for that was within my budget. Anna stepped me through the buying process and explained everything clearly to me. I was pleased with the service I recieved at Kelly and am looking forward to dealing with them for my warranty work the life of my new truck. When we first arrived at Kelly Chrysler Jeep Dodge, we were greeted in a very positive manner and instantly felt comfortable. We were introduced to Ashley who was very knowledgable and detail-oriented abo were greeted in a very positive manner and instantly felt comfortable. She was able to find the right car to meet my needs (even with a little bit extra!) but still within my price range. They all worked hard to make this sale, but most importantly, they wanted to make it work for me. I felt like my interests were high priorities on their list and they were going to do everything they could to meet and exceed my expectations - which they did. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, approachable and seemed like they enjoyed their job. Ashley has done a good job at personally following up with me to make sure that I am happy with my purchase. I haven't bought a car in so long and when the huge snow fall came i totaled my car and was forced to buy one. I came to kelly and kept Frank and Terrell after the store was closed but they never stopped wo fall came i totaled my car and was forced to buy one. I have never been treated so poorly in all of my life. We had some recall work done there on our minivan. Included in that work was new keys. They ordered them and called us to pick them up. I stoped in and had some recall work done there on our minivan. Included in that work was new keys. They ordered them and called us to pick them up. I stoped in and was ignored by two men working in the service area before one man reluntantly asked me what I needed. I said I was there to pick up our new keys. He told me to sit down and someone else would help me. That someone else couldn't even be bothered to look up at me and then proceeded to ask me another 3 times why I was there and if we had been called. He was disrespectul and acted as thought because I am a woman I couldn't possibly know what was going on around me. I will never go there for anything ever again and will be sure to tell anyone who will listen how horrible my experience was. All of the employees there need to go to customer service training to learn how to deal with the public, and apparently woman! More
I have bought many cars in my lifetime but never had an experience as positive as this. Every employee my wife, son and I dealt with was knowledgeable & polite, most particularly Beth Wong, the Internet M experience as positive as this. Don called us a week after the sale and said he had located an additional key, which he sent to us, something he certainly did not have to do. The car I bought, a 2007 Jeep Compass, was very fairly priced and there was little room for negotiation, which is fine. The vehicle was as advertised, in excellent condition & Pre-Owned Certified warrantied by Chrysler. Don showed us the paperwork detailing all the work that the dealership had put into the car before it was ready for sale. It was an impressive list. Tom Carey, the manager, stepped in when there was a slight hitch concerning paperwork & quickly solved the problem. We drove from New York to buy this car [very difficult to find one of these with manual transmission & the Limited trim package], which took 3 hours, but it was worth it. I now understand why Kelly has the rating that it does. More
We decided that it was time to replace my aging SUV, and went back to Kelly where we had bought it. I had taken my son with because I wanted his input about how the ride was from the backseat. He was polite, knowledgable and helpful. He also included my son in the discussions about the car and it's features. The original SUV didn't work out, but then I found a mini van that suited our family needs better. Tyrrell was helpful in arranging a test drive on a Monday and we were in the car by Thursday night. Sandy in finance was great and made the process as painless as possible. This was much appreciated since we had both kids with us. The only negatives about the situation were the fact that a screwdriver was left in the van which I now need to go back and return and the fact that we were given the van with the tank practically on empty. It was so close to empty that the low fuel light lit up on the way from Emmaus to Macungie. I was not happy to have to stop for gas near 8pm at night with two kids in the van. I'm not sure whose responsibility it was to check the gas status, but I sure would have appreciated some in the tank. Other than these two instances the transaction was great. I would recommend the dealership to others and would go back to purchase another vehicle. Mary K More
