As to be expected, I called James Hillegass, (my) Service Manager about my breaking down the night before going to the doctors. He told me to get it towed over there and he would take care of it. The next Manager about my breaking down the night before going to the doctors. He told me to get it towed over there and he would take care of it. The next day he called to tell me Jim (my) mechanic took care of everything and my car was ready for pick up. He told me he would have Fred call me as to when he would be available to pick me up and did. (My) Kelley team has never let me down, never! It's everything that I always expect. More
