Very fun and great car buying experience I came to dealership hoping to get a new jeep . I had a 2006 jeep liberty almost 100,000 miles on it and wanted new car . when I walked in the first p I came to dealership hoping to get a new jeep . I had a 2006 jeep liberty almost 100,000 miles on it and wanted new car . when I walked in the first person to say may I help you was Anthony I was nervous and he made me feel comfortable and went out of his way to make my car deal happen. gave me a tour of shop when I have to bring my car in for service . we went for a test drive was very knowledgeable about the compass and had him laughing when I told him my friend that got a compass had to bring it back because woman that talks in car wouldn't shut up .when we got back we talked numbers and he got me a better deal with a bank they use then my credit union was willing to do for me . he had me smiling and glad I came to Kelly for a car . I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car !!! More

Best car buying experience I came to the dealership just to get my Jeep serviced with little to no intention of buying a car. While I was waiting for the service to be preformed I came to the dealership just to get my Jeep serviced with little to no intention of buying a car. While I was waiting for the service to be preformed I went outside to look at the new Cherkee's. Anthony approached and right away was one of the friendliest salespeople that I ever met. I told him that I wasent really looking for a car and he understood and he did not pressure me into anything. He got me the keys to take the car for a test drive and on the test drive he was very knowledgeable about the Cherokee. When we got back he talked about some of the lease options that the dealership had to offer and I agreed to sit down with him and run some numbers. The deal that Anthony worked out for me was absolutely better than I could have ever expected! I was almost committed to buy the car but some things came up that in no way was Anthony's fault. Through the whole process Anthony was patient, friendly, and more than happy to do whatever he could to get me the new car. I will return to him again when I am in a better position to buy a car. In fact after having my Yukon for 10 years (which I purchased from Kelly) I replaced it with a Jeep again from Kelly knowing full well the service and dependability i would find. I unequivocally recommend both Kelly Chrysler Dodge Jeep and its service team and in particular Dave. Dave is always courteous and attentive. Whether it is for routine service or if you have a problem, Dave always makes sure my car is promptly taken care of and with minimal disruption. Its good to know you can call someone you trust like Dave. If you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle and you want to make sure that you are treated fairly and that your vehicle is reliable then I would recommend buying a vehicle from Kelly. We returned to Anthony Rago because he was fantastic to work with when we bought our Dart from Kelly in March, and was just as great this time! He is fun to work with and makes the process so easy! He spent time finding the right vehicle for us and we were able to find the perfect Durango with all the features we wanted! When it came to making the right deal, Larry Beckett worked hard to make sure that we got the perfect vehicle at the right price - he's great fun and is true to his word.
