Will tell you any lie just to get you in the door I wanted to trade my current Jeep in for a lease on a new Jeep. I called several dealerships. Kelly was the only dealership that wouldn't give me an I wanted to trade my current Jeep in for a lease on a new Jeep. I called several dealerships. Kelly was the only dealership that wouldn't give me any estimates over the phone. At the end of the day, and the month, Larry, the Sales Manager called me back and asked why I didn't go in. I explained that I was getting estimates over the phone and didn't want to waste everyone's time by going in. I wanted my exact car, but as a lease. I explained my car and the details and he quoted a great price. My husband and I were really excited. They promised that this wasn't a gimmick just to get us in the door. We went in the following week to close the deal. Larry told us work with Anthony when we arrived. He was with a client so he directed us to go check out the car and that's when we noticed that it didn't come with Navigation (my current jeep does). No big deal, figured they would download it. When we went in, Anthony said let me talk to Larry, who NEVER came out and introduced himself at all by the way. He came back and stated Larry said sorry, no deal. Now the option was to pay $1000 just to add the navigation. When we asked Anthony to run the numbers he said usually every $1000 add a $100 to your payment! Didn't even run a number and our payment went up by $100 more than they originally quoted. I told Anthony that I felt like they were trying to BS us and that we weren't willing to negotiate. So we left. The next day Anthony called to apologize. He then apologized for Larry and asked that I forgive him because his mom had died!! Give me a break! Who stays at work when their mom died that day?! Yeah right!!! He asked how he could make it up to me. I said you could come back with a good offer. He said he would get back to me the following Monday and I NEVER heard from him or the dealership again! What a crock! Don't waste your time here!! More

I can truthfully say that there was no part of the entire car-buying process that was anything other than, and surprisingly so, pleasant. I had to drop my typical tough-car-buyer exterior. Anthony read me perfectly and took me exactly where I needed to go. I consider that to be the essence of fine salesmanship., After the Jeep , which I love, arrived, Anthony and I completed the transaction in a most pleasant manner. The Jeep was detailed, filled with fuel, and Anthony explained the features. He even came in on his day off to assist me and I truly appreciated his friendly and professional demeanor.
