Had a great experience working with our saleman Alex Beckett. He did everything he could to make our buying a new car a great experience. Overall we had a good experience with the Kelly Dealership and I Beckett. He did everything he could to make our buying a new car a great experience. Overall we had a good experience with the Kelly Dealership and I would not hesitate to buy a car there again. The only reason I didnt give a 5 star rating is because while we were buying the new Pacifica I told them I wanted the Extended Warranty from Chryaler Mopar. I have always bought the Mopar warranties and never had a problem. The Business Manager I was working with kept insisting on selling me a third party warranty that he was pushing. He kept telling me that the Mopar warranty was a lot more expensive and there were problems with them. Well I never had a problem with my Mopar warranty and actually found out the cost of the Mopar warranty was the same cost as this thrid party warranty. Well I finally demanded from the Sales Manager that I wanted the Mopar warranty. He agreed and thats the plan I bought. Like I said overall I had a great buying experience especially with Alex and his Sales Manager. They both bent over backswards to make me happy. Just watch out if you want an Extended Warranty. Don't let them sell you a third party warranty. More
