When I walked into Kelly Jeep (my first time ever at the dealership) I was greeted by Tony. He took me on his famous "Tony Test Drive" and I knew I would eventually buy a car from him. Beyond the test drive, he listened and seemed to respect my goals, and not try to change my mind for other vehicles, just to make the sale. I was very specific in features I wanted, had a firm price-point, and Tony was always looking out for me. He would text or call me periodically, asking if certain vehicles he located on the web could work for me. His diligence paid off. After 5 long months, something came along that worked for me! I recognize that the management team at Kelly Jeep also played a hand in getting me into my new vehicle. So, thank you as well to Chris Saraceno and Joe Morales. I have a Jeep dealership in my home town that was not even willing to look at my trade to start negotiations, so coming to Kelly Jeep was a very refreshing experience. Best Dealership and Salesman we've ever had When we started shopping for a Jeep five dealerships came up online. When we visited the dealership we met Tony Bittenbender, he was the best from the very first handshake. He took us for his famous "Tony Test Drive" that test ride took the Cherokee through it's paces. Even though this is our 4th Jeep he demonstrated all of the great features of this car and we were really impressed both by the car and the test ride it's self. Of all the cars we've bought over the years no one ever showed us all of the features of a car like this, usually you have to watch the video or read the owners manual. We actually walked away feeling we knew all about the Cherokee. More
