Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Sales staff was not pushy, but they did have to "nudge" us at times. The end result was we bought a little more car then we originally intended. This weekend I had to rely on passersby to help jump my car because of battery problems. I called MY service department rep Jim Hillegass told him my problem and he said, can you get your car here now and car because of battery problems. I called MY service department rep Jim Hillegass told him my problem and he said, can you get your car here now and I said yes I have someone who came over to jump it again. When I get there he meet me at the door and said have a seat and I let you know when we are done looking at it.
