Knowledgeable and courteous sales staff I went to Kelly Automotive with the intention of checking out the Chrysler Pacifica, which I had not been familiar with before I began looking for a m I went to Kelly Automotive with the intention of checking out the Chrysler Pacifica, which I had not been familiar with before I began looking for a minivan. My salesperson was Crystal Todd, and she really knew the features of the car from stem to stern. She educated me about it, demonstrated where appropriate, and clearly knew what she was talking about.Not something I expected in a used car salesperson. She was not pushy but did make it obvious that they wanted to make me an offer based on my trade which I had purposely driven that day. I allowed that to happen, and with a minimum of dickering, the deal was done. I didn't realize it was the last day of the month, so the only pressure came when I said I wanted to sleep on it before making a decision, which I almost always do. I agreed to the deal and drove the car home that day. Happy customer! More
