And with no pressure at all she showed me everything she had that works with my budget and test drove a few cars , she never was pushy at all and yet even thoo u wasn't ready she took alot of time with me making sure she answered everyone of my questions! When we arrived a couple days later, Crystal met us on the lot and accompanied us for a test ride. Over the next couple days she maintained appropriate communications regarding timing and concerns and she did that without being pushy. When we returned to pick up the car, she quickly and efficiently guided us through necessary documents. We really enjoyed working with her. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. She made us feel comfortable doing business with Kelly. The finance manager took time to explain the terms of the loan and he offered additional warranty coverage. He also helped us to understand the finance industry requirements for establishing credit. We wanted to be sure to do that for our 21 year old son by having him co-sign the loan. We were completely satisfied with our experience at the Kelly dealership. We will definitely consider Kelly for future purchases. More
