Just what i have been waiting for I give 5 stars because Kelly risk free really made a dream come true. I wasnt exactly looking to buy a new car until I came across one at the lot. More specifically, a car I have been searching high and low for all over and was just waiting for the right one. Ben approached me and gave me really great details and options with the car I was looking at. And I hesitated at first, not sure if I really could even get approved for the car. But Ben and the other awesome employees helped me out and got me a great deal and here I am today driving my dream car and happy as ever thanks to the team at Kelly. More

Understanding and workable We initially looked at several cars on day one. The salesman did not ask us for any personal information so he could call us. We had looked at a few other dealerships first and they all called us multiple times within a few days. Ben did not call us and, after we drive several cars, allowed us to leave with a simple “call me tomorrow.” So, we came back and looked at some other vehicles they had the next day. We were looking outside our planned spending amount so he “helped” us find something more appropriate for the budget. Same car with fewer options. There was no pressure. He allowed us to sit in the vehicle for 30-45 minutes without so much as coming outside. We were able to discuss things I private and make a reasonable decision without someone pressing on us. In working out the amount we wanted to pay they were agreeable and workable. There were even a few perks that we didn’t know about that were added into the deal after we signed everything. We look forward to a great experience with the Kelly group. More

Beth Wong and Stan Judd are FANTASTIC! I live an hour away from this dealership, but I took the time to drive up to take a look at a Jeep Sahara that I ended up buying. I must say, this wa I live an hour away from this dealership, but I took the time to drive up to take a look at a Jeep Sahara that I ended up buying. I must say, this was the MOST amazing car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone in that office was friendly, genuine and kind. Beth got me started with an online chat about the vehicle and when I arrived they had the car cleaned and ready to go for a test drive. Everyone greeted me with a smile and warm handshake. Stan showed me all the features of the vehicle and proactively explained how the top panels could be removed. There was absolutely no "pressure" and I feel like I got a really good deal. I'm sure the dealership did, too, which makes it a "win-win" for all! To top it all off, they offered to have someone drive the car back to my house so I didn't have to pick it up the next day (since I had driven up there alone) ... that's going the extra mile when they didn't have to! I would highly recommend giving this dealership your business ... they will make you feel like family and are great to work with ... while I was waiting for my paperwork I engaged in various conversations with others who worked there who were equally as kind and social. Ask for Beth and Stan, too ... they are awesome people. And a special shout out to Dave, the Manager and Jeff in Finance ... thank you for making this such a fun, exciting experience to get into my first Jeep! :) More
