Good people, no pressure I went to Kelly because I was checking out 4 door trucks on the auto mile. Salesmen Craig Hower came out to greet me and showed me quite a few Ram trucks. After a test drive, and speaking with Craig, I found myself with a potential decision to make. I brought my wife back the next day to show her the vehicle, and give it another spin. After a little negotiating, I became a Ram owner. I did not have a trade in as I wanted to keep my truck and I was looking for a payment around $ I was not the easiest case to help get into a vehicle. I did not have a trade in as I wanted to keep my truck and I was looking for a payment around $200 a month. Joe Hanulec at Kelly was wonderful. I honestly felt like I was being treated as if I was buying a new car even though I was buying one that was 7 years old. He wasn't gonna make a lot of money off me but I still felt valued and not rushed. He explained to me his philosophy of treating people like human beings, and I really liked his personality. Buying a car and making a commitment of such a degree is not exactly an easy or non stressful type of situation but I must say that I was the least stressed I may have ever been when purchasing a vehicle.
