Very friendly, very loyal and very competitive. everyone remembers me, the owner always comes into the service waiting room to say hello. I was very happy to hear Saab was saved becaus ethe Kelly dealership has made me a Saab customer. they know how to keep clients loyal. they make sure they are "touching" clients often enough so we think of them right away. I had the pleasure of working w/ Marc Gagliardi while trading in my XLR for a newer Escalade. Marc was very informed of the product he was selling, not high pressure, and I'll probably refer business to trading in my XLR for a newer Escalade. Marc was very informed of the product he was selling, not high pressure, and I'll probably refer business to him in the future, as I appreciated his sales abilities. While the location of the dealership was not the most convenient for me, it was worth the travel to see how it was operated. I'll probably continue toi do business w/ Kelly Cadillac in the future.
