Not knowing what to do, I called Kelly Cadillac in Lancaster PA for advice. The service department was so nice and helpful and despite having no scheduled appointments available for a week, he told me to come over as soon as I could and they would look at my car. As soon as we arrived, I was pleasantly greeted and quickly received service. We were invited to wait in a comfortable lounge area that was stocked with bagels and drinks. In less than two hours, my car was diagnosed and serviced. To top it off, they even washed my car! Everyone we came in contact with was so nice, friendly, and accommodating. It is comforting to know that despite my aging car and not having purchased it at that dealership, I was treated as if I drove a top of the line, new model. I would highly recommend this dealership and their service department. More

Justin took the time & showed us a new Escalade and a slightly used one. Not once did he push us toward the newer car, he was more concerned with putting us with the right car for our family, not just pushing a bigger sale. It was Justin's attention to detail, easy demeanor, professionalism and catering that impressed me most. As a woman, we are not always treated with respect at dealerships, I have had 2 negative experiences with other dealerships prior to going to Kelly Cadillac. Justin went above and beyond (in several instances) to make it a very enjoyable buying experience. I was truly treated with utmost respect and felt valued as a costumer. Additionally, our experience with the F & I manager (Glenn Davis) was also very pleasant. He too had a great personality and made the paperwork aspect of the sale quick, easy and pleasant. I would, without hesitation, recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. You will be treated with respect and will be given the highest quality of service by the employees at Kelly Cadillac. More

First time shopping for a Cadillac As it was time to part with my Saab, I entertained thoughts of replacing it with a European sedan, and was interested in 'moving up' in size and comfo As it was time to part with my Saab, I entertained thoughts of replacing it with a European sedan, and was interested in 'moving up' in size and comfort. Having heard many positives about the newer offerings from Cadillac, I decided to stop in and check for myself. From the first encounter (instant messaging from the website) to the purchase and paperwork, the experience can only be described in superlatives. Marc (our sales professional) was insightful, responsive, and clearly interested in making our decision our own. Rarely have I experienced such a comfortable experience with an individual whose livelihood depends on sales. To describe him as 'respectful' and 'responsive' are gross understatements. The other representatives of the dealership (sales manager and business manager) were no less professional and friendly, and the overall delightful experience was cemented when we met the owner of the franchise, who could not have been more genuine and personable. In all, I would recommend the Kelly team, and the individuals noted above, as role models for an industry too often berated for insincerity and showmanship. I'm so glad I considered an American automobile, and will be happy to 'spread the word' regarding Kelly Cadillac. More

I bought a pre-owned Cadillac from out of state, and I was so glad I made the trip. Mr. Solodky down played the condition of the car so when I got there and saw a nearly perfect car I knew I was at a dealership that prided itself on pleasing it's customers. I would buy from them again for sure. The buying experience itself was worth the trip. From meeting the owner of the beautiful dealership, to being treated like a valued customer. They really know how to do it right. I bought a 2012 CTS and I haven't stopped smiling since. It's rare to get more then you hoped for, but that's exactly what I got from Kelly Cadillac. More

They are kind, courteous and committed to making sure you are comfortable through every step of the process. They have really raised the bar! I was greeted by the owner the moment I walked in the door on every visit. My salesman, Howard, was the best salesperson I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He went above and beyond, not only getting me the best price for my car, but also working with me on the phone (multiple calls) after I left the dealership on some loose ends. It was the first time I bought a car where I felt as though I was dealing with HONEST people who really wanted to make sure I left with the right car. The Business Manager was an example as well, explaining every piece of paperwork before I signed it. Other dealerships should really shadow the staff at Kelly Cadillac to learn exactly what it means to put the customer first. Now that I have my new SRX, I fully intend to trade it back in on another Cadillac from Kelly when the time comes. I won't ever have the need to go anywhere else! And while I haven't had the opportunity to experience the Service Staff at Kelly Cadillac, I'm positive that they are going to exceed my expectations just like the Sales Staff has! More
Test drove car, found an issue. Immediately, Julie ( sales agent) took the issue to the Lynn, service advisor, and both diligently worked to correct the issue. When we went for the second test drive, they were present. We both felt we were dealing with an honest, customer servicing dealership. In addition, Glenn, the person who did our paperwork, guided us through everything with full explanations, taking a long amount of time. Never was there any rushing through the process. Finally, Julie spent all the time we needed to go over the list of "bells and whistles" associated with the car. We were her TOP PRIORITY during her time with us. I would truly recommend her, for anyone looking to purchase a car in the future. In addition, Mr. Kelly also took the time to congratulate us and wish us well with our Cadillac SRX.
