Unexpected great experience and "new" car We were not in the market for another car, but while cruising around on a Sunday we stopped at Kelly Cadillac. We have been at the dealership three times so far --Friday to buy, Saturday to pick-up, and the following Friday to have some minor things done. All of the personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. Marc, our salesman, took a lot of time to go over everything we needed to know about our "new" car. Marc was very informative about the vehicle and patiently explained the details. I told him that I was just browsing. He was fine with that and did not try to oversell the vehicle. .Long story short I ended up purchasing the vehicle!!! Everyone that I met at Kelly's Cadillac had the kindest personality and pleasant smiles. At no time did I feel pressure to purchase the vehicle. The entire process was smooth. It was pleasant from the gentleman that found me the best rates ~ Mr. Allen Hartz, to the gentleman that explained the paperwork ~ Mr. Glenn Davis and to the gentleman that was with me though out the entire process ~ Mr.. Marc Gagliardi. OH and the Owner was extremely personal and was very kind and funny! I also want to mention Mr. Jon Simmavath, the service consultant who brought me tears when he resolved an issue of my own creating which could have been very expensive! Outstanding Buying Experience. I had been looking for a specific vehicle to purchase as a wedding gift for my fiance for over a month. On a Saturday evening, after finding said vehi I had been looking for a specific vehicle to purchase as a wedding gift for my fiance for over a month. On a Saturday evening, after finding said vehicle (low mileage, fantastic price) at Kelly Cadillac's website, I queried the dealership with some questions. I didn't expect an answer until Monday, but the owner Geoff Kelly replied almost immediately with the answers to my questions that went into Sunday - and the one question he could not answer, was subsequently answered Monday morning by Marc. From that point on the buying process was seamless. There was no pressure for me to purchase the vehicle, or after I had to purchase an extended warranty. Marc Gagliardi, our sales contact was a true professional. As were Allen and Geoff. I felt as if I was in the company of old friends from the neighborhood. I searched dealerships throughout Pennsylvania before finding the vehicle I wanted with low mileage and priced thousands less than the other dealerships. Oh, and my fiance's smile after driving home in her 'new' ride was as wide as the Susquehanna. More

All of the people I meet at Kelly were professional and friendly. I drive many miles each year and buy cars often including Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Volvo, Lexus and Acura. None of these various dealerships has done a better job than Kelly. I highly recommend them and would buy from them again. More
