I looked online, looked on the lot, test drove a beautiful red 2020 XT5 but took a while to make a decision. My sales representative, Uzma, was very patient and allowed me to work through the decision process. Thank you everyone at Kelly Cadillac for making the process of replacing the old Deville as easy as possible. I am looking forward to driving my new 2020 Cadillac XT5. I am up to 155 miles! Just bought a 2017 certified Escalade esv...couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Alisha was super nice and helpful and just a gem to talk with. Uzma was great! What a great experience. I did not want to be shopping for a replacement Suburban ...hoping to put it off until the summer. But, plans changed. We What a great experience. I did not want to be shopping for a replacement Suburban ...hoping to put it off until the summer. But, plans changed. We saw a perfect Suburban for us on Autotrader and made the trip from Delaware to Lancaster. So glad we did! Uzma was a wonderful salesperson, but even more so, friendly to talk with. The owner was friendly, and you could tell everyone there valued us and loved their job. While we are in Delaware, if we were closer, this would be our go to place for service. As an aside...we named the black Suburban "Dark Vader" LOL More
