The moment we met via phone, I developed a strong sense that I was at the right place. Kim Sload took care of it all, answered every question and was willing to go the extra mile many times. All this happened over the XMas Holidays and after all was said and done, the Unicorn turned out to be real which made it exceedingly easy to close the deal and bring it home.
