I was not planning on buying a car but Kim was personable and "real". She pointed out all the features of the car without being high pressure. Everyone went out of their way to be friendly. They answered all of our hundred questions (not kidding). Full disclosure - I am repeat customer. I have been so impressed with the service department's honesty and kindness that I decided to look for my next car here.
