From start to finish my service experience was excellent. I have a 2017 XT5 that had a service transmission light on. They gave me a choice of a loaner car or having someone pickup my vehicle at my house wh I have a 2017 XT5 that had a service transmission light on. Buying a car in the middle of the Pacific Ocean these days is a real challenge and Kim Cerny made the entire experience from start to finish a real delight, she is a very seasoned and knowledgeable sales person on the Kelly Cadillac staff.
