From start to finish my service experience was excellent. I have a 2017 XT5 that had a service transmission light on. They gave me a choice of a loaner car or having someone pickup my vehicle at my house wh I have a 2017 XT5 that had a service transmission light on. I was then in touch with Kim Cerny, one of Kelly Cadillac’s sales and leasing specialist. Buying a car in the middle of the Pacific Ocean these days is a real challenge and Kim Cerny made the entire experience from start to finish a real delight, she is a very seasoned and knowledgeable sales person on the Kelly Cadillac staff. Kim made the whole experience from start to finish like a real professional...She always had the answers to any questions I had, returned my phone calls timely, and she was fun to work with. Kim even helped directing us with getting our car shipped to Hawaii!
