Pretty average. Sat for about 3 hours when purchasing, when asked about service history there was nobody that could tell me more than the most recent service. Car Shopping and Purchase I saw the Buick Cascada during the Super Bowl early this year. The following week I went to Kelly Buick but these model hadn't arrived yet. Spoke to I saw the Buick Cascada during the Super Bowl early this year. The following week I went to Kelly Buick but these model hadn't arrived yet. Spoke to Anthony Jayetileke (salesman) and he told me that he'd send me a brochure as soon as they came into the business. True to his word, he sent it to me asap. I was going through a "should I get it"....."shouldn't I get it" during most of the year. I did visit other dealerships when I happened by them to see the car. Ultimately, none of the other dealerships treated me as Mr. Jayetileke did. Consequently, after about 10 months, I returned to Kelly Buick and after some negotiating with Mr. Jayetileke and Mr. Russ Carter, we came to a purchase agreement. I have nothing but praise for the ability of Mr. Jayetileke, who was sincere and very pleasant. He did Kelly Buick very proud in his ability. Mr. Carter sat down with us at one point and in a honest and straight-forward manner explained the costs incurred by the business and how they arrived at the trade-in value for my car. Mr. Carter was very genuine in his presentation.. Thank you to both of you. More
