I filled out an information request form on their website after seeing a lease deal that I was interested in. I received a phone call the next morning from their internet sales manager, informed me a little bit about the fine print of the deal. It was slightly more than what was posted, but it was an online deal so I wasn't expecting that great price I saw. I got there and test drove a car, went good and started to talk numbers. Quickly the sales manager got involved. The numbers were far off from where they were suppose to be, far higher than what the Internet manager told me it would be. The sales manager couldn't really explain why they were so much higher, and I think everyone involved got frustrated. In the end, I got a great car. It was a tricky deal, I was on a limited budget so I give them credit for being able to get me into the car. Much more of a hassle then I wanted, but I'm thankful everyday when I get in my new car that it all worked out. More

Mike's assistance did not stop there; the dealer who I previously leased from was giving me a hard time with returning the car. Mike took over and handled the situation so I could rest at ease in my new car. My service manager, Moriah, Kelly Buick Service Center has the most professional, thorough, and personable staff of any dealership in my experience. My service manager, Moriah, she was the best! My car, a 2011 Buick Enclave was just outside of the factory warranty and needed a new engine; I was going to be out thousands. The dealership went to bat for me with the Warranty Company and GM and they work some magic and got me a new engine at virtually no cost to me. Not to mention they were so gracious to give us a fully loaded 2017 Buick Enclave as a loaner vehicle for a month while this whole process was being sorted out, making sure we were not inconvenienced at all. It is really hard to find good people like this. I would highly recommend bringing your car here! I know I will. More

Excellent Maintenance Support While driving back to my home in South Carolina the check engine light came on in my 2011 GMC Terrain. As I still had approximately 1,000 miles to travel , I contacted ON STAR who connected me with Kelly Buick GMC . The first person I spoke with was Morial Solomon . My first impression was that I was speaking with a very competent , professional , and personable individual . I explained the situation and she said that I could bring the vehicle in the very next morning as I was not intending to stay in the Allentown area for any extended period of time . When I arrived in the morning , I was greeted by a smiling and friendly Moriah. The check in process went very smoothly . Moriah kept me informed during the diagnostic stage and explained very clearly what the "fix" would entail. We agreed and the work was done in a very timely manner.Moriah approached me after the work was completed and wished me a safe trip home. The repair fixed the problem as I drove back to South Carolina . As a matter of fact , I think that my fuel mileage increased considerably after the work was completed.
