The Buick Lacrosse Dream Car!!! Used car purchase 2009 Genesis I bought a used 2009 Genesis from Kelly Buick. about a week after bringing the car home I noticed there was a leak from the rack and pinion unit. I called about the leak and spoke to the service manager, Robert Migliaccio about the problem. It took a few days to come to a resolution but I am glad to say Kelly Buick did the right thing and replaced the rack and pinion at no cost to me. I am very pleased with the outcome and can't say enough about how much I enjoy the car. Robert went out of his way to accommodate me. I got a great deal and the car is extremely clean. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Kelly Buick. More

Pick-up day It took 3 hrs. for all paper work to be completed (including a complimentary transfer of old car). While waiting for this to be done, our new car was hit by a manager moving cars in the lot. Our car was quickly taken to the collision center and repaired. Not a happy experience but all ended well! I feel time management should have been handled better. Too many cars were scheduled to be picked up in one afternoon. I think this is the reason for the accident. Anthony was quite knowledgeable about the car and answered all questions. He was pleasant and helpful; he was not responsible for the accident to our car. More
