Mike immediately provided his best advice and the options at his disposal. Within 1 hour we were out of there with a few good options. Mike followed up before the end of the work day and we agreed to purchase a car off the lot. We wanted nothing to do with a long wait and all the paperwork and Mike had it all prepped and ready to go so that when we walked in the next day, we were in and out in 15 minutes with our new car. Mike definitely understands that some people don't want the hassle of dealing with salesman and his humor and knowledge were fun to have during the process which was professional and timely.
