His attitude was extremely pleasant. His attitude and friendliness made us feel comfortable about looking for a car. Our second contact was Mike Yerger, our salesman. What a terrific guy!!!!!!!!!!!! We were very very comfortable with him after about two seconds. We loved his sense of humor, his matter-of-fact attitude and car knowledge as he took us to look at cars. He brought things to our attention he felt were pertinent to senior drivers knowing how cars had changed since we bought our Saturn 14 years ago. He was like our "new best friend!!!" Truly, we cannot say enough about this man. He turned what was worrisome appointment into a really pleasant experience.--Super nice pleasant fun man who made the whole experience fun!!! Our third contact was Mike Curry who managed to get the best interest rate he could for us--better than our bank. Thank you Mike!!! Lastly, we were floored that a car with 20,000 miles on it was whistle clean. Double WOW!!! Kudos to the "detail man, whom ever he is!!!
