We went to look for a car but as we had to travel long distance we asked the salesperson detailed questions about the condition of the car on the phone. In particular we wanted to know if the car was rust distance we asked the salesperson detailed questions about the condition of the car on the phone. In particular we wanted to know if the car was rusty and if all the electric systems worked. The salesperson reassured us and told us that everything worked and that there was no serious rust on the car. Having arrived, we found one door rusted through, very substantial rust damage on the structure of the car, the electric mirrors, the airconditioning, the radio and the satnav did not work. Also their technical inspection showed that the car needed rear shocks and a new brke caliper, and other things. The salesperson managed to say that all electrics still worked in the morning! In short, the car was a lemon and the salesperson had obviously misled us. We made 500 miles trip for absolutely nothing. This dealership does not even merit 1 star. More

We visited Kelly Buick because the lease on my 2019 Buick Encore was coming due in April and I wanted to see what was available for me. I like the Encore so I was hoping to either purchase the one I was returning, or purchase an new 2022, or get into a new lease for a '22 Encore. Our sales rep. was Peter Freedman who had contacted me in advance so he was the one we saw when we visited the showroom. He's a very pleasant and patient person and was able to answer our questions and concerns.cheerfully. After giving us all the options available to us we decided to lease the '22 Encore although the color was not exactly what we wanted but was the best we could get given the shortage of inventory. We would recommend Peter to anyone who would be interest in a new Buick, everyone in that showroom was very friendly and courteous. More

Absolutely terrible experience. They sold me a truck that broke down before I took delivery. Now 2 months later it's been back 4 additional times for the same issue as day 1. I am a long time customer of the Kelly group, having purchased several vehicles from them. When my husband decided on a new truck, I didn't hesitate to suggest using them. We placed a deposit on the truck my husband wanted, SIGNED ALL THE PAPERS, and waited for our home equity to close. Title documents took longer to arrange than anticipated, and we were informed that they made a "management decision" to cancel our deal and refund our deposit. My husband reached out today to inquire about the truck, which is still available, however is now priced $5k ABOVE the MSRP. Sad that they treat their customers as such, especially considering we are planning an upgrade to my car within the next year or 2. Shameful! More
Bait and switch!!! Had a deal made for a new truck all numbers for trade agreed upon gave deposit as truck was in transit. The following day I was informed that the truck was going to be $5000 more becaus numbers for trade agreed upon gave deposit as truck was in transit. The following day I was informed that the truck was going to be $5000 more because they had accessories that were going to be added. I told them I didn’t want the added ones and they refused to sell it to me for the agreed upon price and options from the factory. What a waste of my time. They said if I didn’t buy it somebody else would. Not a reputable dealership. More
