We didn't have to haggle back and forth, and never felt like we were being pressured into a deal. When we gave our bottom line, Matt Kelly stepped in and made sure we were able to reach an agreement. When we closed on the car, one of the folks there gave a final once over and noticed that there were a couple of small dents in the hood from hail that passed through that day. Even though we had already signed all the paperwork for the car, they did the right thing and committed to fix the dents. Whats more - when we noticed an issue with one of the lights a few days later, Nikki went the extra mile to make sure it would be covered for us. Both the trade in of our car and the sale were smooth and the followup on both the dents and the other issue show that they truly do care about making things right. I came in on the 25th to work with the sale of my current Encore and purchase a 2019 without changing my budget but giving me the peace of mind of a warranty as I travel with my car often. The challenge was there both in the amount still owed on my current as well as finding a bank with a decent interest rate. Brian and the staff worked until they found a deal that worked for my budget as well as gave me a warranty that lasts the loan of the vehicle. Even though I have two additional years to pay off my car I now have piece of mind with service bills. The entire staff worked past their scheduled time to make this happen. More
