Steer clear of Kelly!! This dealer uses deceptive advertising and sales pitch practices. we bought 3 cars in one night. one of them turned out to be a disaster from day 1. This dealer uses deceptive advertising and sales pitch practices. we bought 3 cars in one night. one of them turned out to be a disaster from day 1. We took it 3 times to this dealer, who pawned the work off to another dealer. All 3 times we told them what was wrong just to get the car returned with other repairs then the original issue. We were told the vehicle had a full inspection and the window sticker even claimed it was a 150 point inspection. Had they done any kind of inspection they would have known the issues this car had and an undisclosed wreck and that it probably should not have even been on the lot for sale. Turns out they also claimed the car we traded in had a bad motor according to them. That did not stop them from selling the Mazda cx5. I sure hope they did not talk that customer into a car and out of a warranty like they did us. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of any of the Kelly dealerships when it comes to purchasing your next vehicle. More

Great experience I showed up looking for a vehicle they had listed on their website but it had just been sold prior to my arrival. 2.5 hrs for a higher price than listed? Was interested in a Chevy 2500hd. Add showed the truck wasn’t perfect. I saw it Needed brake lines, power steering pump, tie rods. One issues with the truck was the brake line was rubbing on the tire. figured that out after the test drive. Abs light and ebrake light were stuck on, brakes were mushy. Car was no way road legal for a test drive. Then the salesman comes back with a number higher than the asking price... abdoul did get me water however. Also Peter also was very rude over the phone.
