We purchased a 2010 GMC Acadia July 5th, 2010. We had a great experience with Ed Roth, our sales consultant. He was very professional and friendly. The vehicle we chose was from Delaware and needed Pa inspection and detailing so we couldn't take it home right away. For our convenience, Ed brought it to our home the next day and took our trade-in vehicle back to Kelly. Once home we realized our car seats for our 2 children didn't fit properly in the 2nd row captains seats. The headrests were preventing proper positioning and we couldn't remove them. We spoke to Ed and told him of the problem. He researched how to remove the headrests himself quickly. He came to our home and took our new Acadia back to Kelly and had the service department remove the headrests for us. He returned our car to us within an hour. Great salesperson Cindy went out of her way to make me satisfied as a customer making it a great overall experience. I met with Karl Dampf a week ago, I was interested in purchasing a 2010 2500 Sierra HD Long Bed Crew Cab Duramax Diesel. After 4 days of phone calls and emails, and multiple dealers who refused to let go of a truck they had, Karl located a vehicle which was exactly what I was looking for. Although Buick is not his specialty Matt did an outstanding job of showing us the vehicle with features and benefits an even enlisted Bruce from Buick to help with specifics. He did a great job qualifying us for the right Enclave and made the transaction seamless. He did a very nice job oh helping us "buy" the right vehicle for us and at no time pressured the sale in any way. He acted more like an old friend then a sales person. He took us on a tour of the service area and was veery thorough. everyone at the Buick dealership was outgoing and friendly and made us feel like a part of their family and not just a customer.
