I met with Karl Dampf a week ago, I was interested in purchasing a 2010 2500 Sierra HD Long Bed Crew Cab Duramax Diesel. After visiting and contacting other dealerships, one who told me this truck was no purchasing a 2010 2500 Sierra HD Long Bed Crew Cab Duramax Diesel. After visiting and contacting other dealerships, one who told me this truck was not even made last year, Karl assured me if I was serious about the truck, he would find one for me. After 4 days of phone calls and emails, and multiple dealers who refused to let go of a truck they had, Karl located a vehicle which was exactly what I was looking for. Karl, along with Rich Wilson and Kirk Rowden did everything necessary to make the deal happen the next day, and things could not have run smoother. I will recommend the Kelly Dealerships and their sales team to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle while working with a great staff who was curteous, and went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. went shopping for a Buick enclave. My wife did extensive research prior to going to shop. Pulled into Kelly and Matt immediately met us in the Dodge lot. Although Buick is not his specialty Matt did an outstanding job of showing us the vehicle with features and benefits an even enlisted Bruce from Buick to help with specifics. He did a great job qualifying us for the right Enclave and made the transaction seamless. He did a very nice job oh helping us "buy" the right vehicle for us and at no time pressured the sale in any way. He acted more like an old friend then a sales person. He took us on a tour of the service area and was veery thorough. everyone at the Buick dealership was outgoing and friendly and made us feel like a part of their family and not just a customer. I will but exclusively from them from now on. Thank you for the experience. More

From the moment of introduction and the first shake of his hand, it is immediately apparent that one won't be dealing in the typical car sale fashion. The customer is given a complete explanation down to the finest detail about why their choice in vehicle and dealer is the best one they could make. His earnest enthusiasm when explaining the benefits of the vehicle and dealer in addition to his honesty, create an environment where the details of price don't matter. The customer is just as excited and wants to hear more. It is then conveyed that the customer is entering into a positive, long term business relationship from their initial purchase, to the maintenance of their vehicle, to their next vehicle purchase. In addition to the initial sale, Roland's continued involvement with his customer accounts leave both his customers and the dealer mutually satisfied that their best interests have both been observed and executed during any service needs. I would like to share a personal example of Roland's dedication. When my wife and I left the outlets in Philly and returned to her car, we had found that the passenger side door was hit. After filing a police report we called Roland to let him know what happened. He had been so involved in our ownership of the vehicle, we felt duty bound to inform him. Immediately he went to work arranging one of the dealerships business associates see if they could perform the work. The damage was too severe so Roland again took it upon himself to recommend a body shop. This was around the time of my wife's birthday. Last minute (as I typically operate), I called Roland and told him I wanted some dealer performance parts installed. He was the one that let us know about these newly available dealer parts when they had first become available. The plan was that when she picked up the car from the body shop, the car would seem a little "different". He coordinated the efforts with the body shop to have the repairs done, the car delivered to the dealer, the parts installed, and the car returned to the shop before she picked up the car. It all worked out perfectly except for the rain that day (even Roland can't help with that). His willingness to go above-and-beyond at his own personal expense and think nothing of it is a testimony to his selfless dedication to anyone doing business with him and the dealer he works for. In any economy, word-of-mouth is an effective means of advertising because of the inherent trust involved between parties. Where Roland works is where my wife and I recommend our friends and family to see first, second, and last. We know they will not regret it. When I bought my new car Mr. Zuk was very knowledgable about all the features and was very straightforward about any questions or concerns I might have had. As far as the service department goes, I have been going to them to get my vehicles serviced for 15 years and everyone there (especially Diana) have always treated me as if I was a brand new customer and I have never thought about getting my vehicles serviced anywhere else. Thank You to everyone in sales and service and keep up the outstanding services. I am sure you will continue to be the best automobile dealership in the Lehigh Valley. More

I recently purchased my first new car. For years I had been driving used vehicles, without much interested in any new vehicles. Then I saw the Saturn Sky Redline. How could I resist? Fun, sporty, turbocharged, RWD, convertible- I couldn't ask for more. Roland Zuk at Kelly was highly recommended by a co-worker of mine. She had purchased her last several vehicles from him, and had nothing but good things to say. After my experience purchasing the Sky, I wholeheartedly agree. Roland is not only an outstanding salesman, but a wonderful person as well. He shows a genuine interest in his customers, striving to make their entire experience at Kelly nothing short of perfection. He leaves no detail unattended to. I was very excited about the Sky being a convertible, and for the test drive he was more than willing to go out with the top down. This wouldn't normally seem unusual, however, it was in late December that I test drove and subsequently purchased the Sky. I had to work late on the day of purchase, but Roland stayed late to complete the paperwork because he knew how much I really didn't want to wait another day. Since purchasing the Sky, I have only been able to commend Roland and the Kelly dealership more and more. When going in for maintenance, if Roland or Eric noticed anything that needed attention, they would remedy it, even if it was something under warranty. I've owned the Sky for over two years now, and have kept in touch with Roland, Eric, and almost everyone at Kelly. When stopping by the dealership, I am greeted by many employees who know me by name. Roland also sends a birthday and Christmas card to me every year. He's introduced me to autocrossing, and we have gone to several track events. I not only purchased the Sky at Kelly, but I met some wonderful people as well. I would and do recommend the Kelly dealership- and Roland Zuk in particular- to anyone searching for a new car of their own. More
