I have never been treated so good, when I have to deal with sales/service, as I was today. Dave and Chris were so friendly and courteous. They were very patient with me and explained in detail what was with sales/service, as I was today. Dave and Chris were so friendly and courteous. I know now that I can take my vehicle in for something and get high quality service and not get yelled at that my car is blocking everything, no phone calls returned, no explanations. I will gladly reccommend these guys to everyone I know and also I will return to have service done to my vehicle. It was so refreshing to see happy, smiling, friendly people to deal with about my vehicle. Thank you so much Dave and Chris for making my experience a pleasant one. #1 in my book. More
When I originally stopped at Kelly I was going in to make a complaint to the Service Mgr. I had tried to set a service appt and had left a message with the service dept a few days prior and had not heard bac a complaint to the Service Mgr. Dave Wannamaker was sincerely apologetic and put me with Diana M. to set an appt. I had been looking at Saturn Vue's online for several weeks and my husband and I had already decided that a Vue would be our next car. I decided to see if I could look at one while I was there. Rich, while even aware that I was ot sure I was buying that day was happy to help me. The Thing that sealed it for me was that Kelly was willing to trade in my 1994 Jeep (translation: beater) as well as the Ion and gave me a very fair trade-in price as well as a fair selling price of the Vue. Rich and Dave did a great job in helping me trade my Ion and my 'beater' Jeep for a fabulous Saturn Vue. From sales, to service, to valet...everyone delivers terrific customer service. I will absolutely recommend them to my friends. More

Today I bought my second Saturn Aura for thes two gentlemen. The are both knowledgeable and courteous. We purchased a 2010 GMC Acadia July 5th, 2010. We had a great experience with Ed Roth, our sales consultant. He was very professional and friendly. He had searched for our perfect vehicle and was speedy great experience with Ed Roth, our sales consultant. He was very professional and friendly. He had searched for our perfect vehicle and was speedy in his response. We set up an appointment to see him and upon arrival he had all vehicles of interest set out and ready for us. The vehicle we chose was from Delaware and needed Pa inspection and detailing so we couldn't take it home right away. For our convenience, Ed brought it to our home the next day and took our trade-in vehicle back to Kelly. Once home we realized our car seats for our 2 children didn't fit properly in the 2nd row captains seats. The headrests were preventing proper positioning and we couldn't remove them. We spoke to Ed and told him of the problem. He researched how to remove the headrests himself quickly. He came to our home and took our new Acadia back to Kelly and had the service department remove the headrests for us. He returned our car to us within an hour. Ed went above and beyond for us and we really aprreciated it. We would recommend him to everyone in need of a new vehicle in the area! Thanks Ed!!! - The Nicholl's More
