He wanted to make sure this really was the type of vehicle I wanted. He was patient, knowledgeable and most of all he listened! Because he had another customer appointment already set up that was from out-of-state, we then had the pleasure of meeting and working with Bruce. I was in the market for a 2011 Buick Lacrosse AWD and was very specific about the options and packages I wanted in the vehicle. Bruce went the extra mile and found what I wanted in another state and had it brought to Kelly Buick knowing it was exactly what I wanted. I just loved the car, it was me! The buying experience was smooth, and stress free which is the way it should be. Bruce took us through all the important information about our new lease and even though he was not feeling well with a cold he never compromised on service delivery. We got to know Bruce when it was still a Saturn dealership. Over the years, we bought 5 Saturns from Bruce. We could not ask for a friendlier, more helpful salesperson. I bought a vehicle a few years ago at this location when it was a Saturn dealership, with the help of Roland Zuk. I recommend him highly, if you want someone who is knowledgeable, non-aggressive, and very customer service focused. Recently, a family member experienced what was thought to be a serious problem with his car, which had not been bought at the Emmaus dealership. At Roland's suggestion, he brought it in for an evaluation, and the estimated cost came out at over $2,000. This was awful news, since the family member could not afford that much right now but needed the car for work. Knowing this, Roland took it upon himself to ask Chris Miller, the estimator, if there was any way to help. Chris, bless his heart, found a way to shave $800 off the total. Super people. Super dealership. It's just one more reason I keep going back. More

This is also the first time the salesman or sales manager did not lie to me about the value and condition of my trade-in. They gave me a printout from KKB that basically matched the estimate I had from two other sources. Everyone from Rich to the Sales Manager to the Financial Manager were very friendly and easy to talk to. I will definitely come back and also recommend Kelly for anyone looking to buy a new car. I purchased my first Saturn in 1994 from Bruce DuBois. I am currently driving my sixth Saturn, all purchased from Bruce DuBois. Three reasons: the first is the honest, friendly, but professional approach to car sales that Saturn utilized - no more negotiating, haggling, and comparison shopping from one dealer to another. Here's the product-here's the price. We treat you as a valued, intelligent customer and give you the respect you deserve (even if you happen to be a female!) The showroom, service area, offices, even the restroom, were tastefully, brightly decorated. The sales consultants were always dressed neatly in sporty Saturn coordinates. Walk into a Saturn dealership (particularly at Saturn of the Valley) and you were treated like a queen. The second reason for my loyalty to Saturn was, of course, the product - a great car at a great price! The third, and in many ways the most important, reason for my consistent Saturn purchases was my sales consultant, Bruce DuBois. My first visit to Saturn of the Valley was prompted by a promotional offer for a free Disney video in exchange for taking a test drive - I really wasn't interested in purchasing a new car at that time. Bruce cheerfully greeted my husband and me, we test-drove a beautiful red SC-2, and I learned all about the Saturn company and its philosophy, the structure and function of the most important aspects of the car I drove, and I left for home very impressed with Saturn. I called Bruce a few days later, and told him that I'd like to take another look at that SC-2. I did, and returned home even more impressed. The third trip up to see Bruce convinced me - I was hooked. I loved that car, and over the years Bruce has proven to be professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. When I totaled my beloved SC-2, he not only provided me with the information that I needed for my insurance in a swift manner, he also found me the perfect replacement in the price range I could manage at the time within 48 hours (perhaps less). My husband and I have continued to work with Bruce ever since. He "knows his stuff" and we TRUST him. We have recommended Bruce to many friends and acquaintances, and will continue to do so. Although I regret that Saturn is gone, I will most definitely turn to Bruce for his expertise in finding me my next car. I hope that the folks at Kelly appreciate the gem they have in the "singing sales consultant," Bruce DuBois. More
