I just recently purchased my fourth car, 3 Saturns, 1 GMC, from this salesman. I have found him to be an easy person to work with, no pressure and he bends over backward to satisfy. Once they caught something important just before the warranty was to have run out, for which I was very grateful. Kelly is a great dealership. Everyone we worked with kept their focus on what I wanted in a used car. When we expressed our worry over being unable to find info on the 2008 Aura in Consumer Reports, Bruce pulled out his notebook of Saturn data, including an article listing the 2008 Saturn Aura as a CR Best Buy. It takes a great salesman to have that kind of information immediately at hand. Bruce had the data we needed to confirm that we had made a great choice. Whether we were asking about financing & extending the warranty (Mike helped answer all our questions) or sales & service, everyone was great. You can really see & feel the team spirit at Kelly. When my battery failed after the sale, Bruce himself came out to jump start the car, get me to the dealership & get everything taken care of. He also made sure I pushed the On Star button to get that process going. It's that kind of service during & after the sale that has kept me a Kelly customer since 1996. I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else. More
I met with Keith for the first time about 2 weeks ago. I had a specific car in mind. Keith set up a time that I could keep the car for 24 hours to get a real feel for the car. He drove the car to my job in Bethlehem!! That car was a bit out of my budget so Keith went to work on finding me a car that fit all of my needs and wants, not only did he meet those needs he exceeded them! He called me and said I have a car you should come and see. I went and took it for a test drive and 3 hours later I drove away in my new certified car!! No hassles. Keith really listened to my needs. He never pushed. I will say that again He NEVER pushed me.The finance manager worked on the finanacing and within a few hours we were out of there. We met a friend for lunch the next day and I gave Keith's name as highly recommended for car sales. I will definetly go back to Keith and Kelly GMC again. More
Kelly Buick is one of the best dealers in the area. Everyone is so friendly and there were no high pressure tactics at all. Dave was very polite and understanding to our needs and our budget. My family needed another car, and I was turned down for auto financing around 20 times over the past year. Even my own employer (merck) who would have taken the money out of my check turned me down!! I was typically sceptical when Emmie Pilz, the Internet Manager, E-mailed me that I would be financed. This has occured several times by other dealers, and when the time came to finance, I would be turned down. I've signed papers on cars that I've never driven away or owned over the past year. THANK YOU Emmie Pilz for all your E-mails & for being different. This dealership was the ONLY one to get me financing - THANK YOU SANDY SMITH. I felt like my Mom was trying to get me financing when I heard Sandy yelling on the phone from the next room - WOW! I only had to put $500 down and the interest rate was even low! I still don't know how Sandy did it, after having been turned down so many times. I've bought several cars over my lifetime, and I (like alot of people) am not a fan of car salesman or the overall car buying process. That being said, I honestly attest, that TERRELL PARKER was THE BEST experience I've ever had. This Man should be the model to ALL car salesman on how it's done. The car we purchased was $600 under the Kelly Blue Book price, and Terrell gave my Wife and I better service than the time we bought our brand new van (from a dealership in Phily) several years ago. I called Kelly Buick because I was searching in the internet for a good deal on a GMC and got to talk to Bruce and at first I did not like the prices and asked Bruce if the prices goes down to please c internet for a good deal on a GMC and got to talk to Bruce and at first I did not like the prices and asked Bruce if the prices goes down to please call me. John was extremely nice and helped us out on everything we needed to know about the GMC Acadia. He gave us many options between the SL and SLE before we made our final decision.
