Bruce DuBois was helping my daughter with the purchase of a new vehicle. During my wait, I looked at several cars in the lot. While observing the professionalism and courteous manner in how Bruce was treating my daughter, this gave me the confidence that I needed to pursue a deal in purchasing a car for myself. Even though I didn't get the car that I wanted initially (negative equity in my trade due to high outstanding balance and accident history), your staff there was very tactful and straight with me concerning the situation, and showed understanding and a genuine desire to work with me. This special attention to the customer was enough proof for me to make this the dealership to handle all of my automotive needs, as well as my family's.
