I went to Kelly Buick in search of a 2012 Regal GS Carbon Black with an automatic. I had been looking online and all of them were 6 speed manuals. I was introduced to a saleman Mike Holmwood, He was very Black with an automatic. I had been looking online and all of them were 6 speed manuals. After writing down everything that I was looking for, he said to give him a day or two and he would have one. I got a call the next day and he had two cars lined up for a dealer trade. Unfortunately, after a week of hagling with the one dealer they didn't want to trade. Kelly had never dealt with those other dealerships and they weren't too willing to let the car go for the price we agreed to. It was wednesday and Mike was persistent said he was doing another search that day and he would get back to me asap. He called me a few hours later and said he found one in Connecticut with a dealer that they have dealt with in the past and it was mine...YES!!! They went up to get it the next day, detailed it on Friday and I was sitting in my new car on Saturday morning. It took a little while to hammer out the loan and get the payment where I wanted to be after agreeing on the extra 7 year bumper to bumper warranty. But, it worked out and I'm feeling realy good about the extra warranty that they sold me. And to top it off, I get free car washes for as long as I own my car...Just Awesome.
