I have rated this dealership with a 5 rating very simply for the total experience delivered. I have been working with one of it's employees for over 5 years now and purchased 4 vehicles for Bruce Dubois and for the total experience delivered. Friendly interactions from all employees, a great selection of new and used vehicles to choose from and an outstanding service department that always takes the time to ensure that I understand what is needed to have my vehicle back on the road safely and in a timely fashion. Let me tell you the real reason that I have continued to return to Kelly Buick and TRuck...very simply, Bruce Dubois! He has over the past 5 years been the most professional sales person I have ever dealt with... with incredible follow-up skills and an outstanding ability to refine the options available and then suggest solutions to my needs like no other automobile sales professional. I manage a group of 15 sales people in a different industry and if I could have 15 sales xxxxxxlike Bruce I would consider myself very blessed. Bruce sold us a 2002 Saturn L200 back in 2005 and this car has been a great vehicle for us. It now has 120,000 miles on it and it still keeps ticking and it has taken quite a licking.
